Foundation Package - This package includes 3 private sessions and 10 beginner classes. A great way to start your Pilates journey! You are able to spilt the package up however you want.

Foundation 5 pass - you get 5 Foundation classes.

This is an excellent way to stay committed to your Pilates practice. You have the choice of a 12 or 6 month committment at a lower price than class passes. You will need to agree to our terms and policy.

For those who are unable to committ to a monthly membership, this is a great way to continue your Pilates journey without the committment.
