  • Private Pilates Session

    Perhaps you are brand new to Pilates and unsure about joining a group class without a proper introduction to the equipment and this style of movement. Working one-on-one with us will give you the opportunity to become comfortable with the apparatus and reformer with hands-on assistance. Your instructor will introduce you to the Pilates method and help to identify your goals based on your movement abilities and any postural alignment concerns you may have. Or it maybe that you are recovering from injury, returning to movement, exercising after a period of reduced mobility or giving birth to your baby. A Private lesson will provide you with the optimal conditions where, together, we can assess your physical ability and any existing health concerns. Taking into consideration your goals, we can then suggest an appropriate path of progress for you at Seed Studio.

  • Pilates - Beginner

    This class is geared toward anyone new to Pilates, new to Pilates on apparatus’, or feels like it may be time for a refresher. Starting with the basics of how to safely use and build confidence with the mat, reformer, and tower. We'll use a wide range of exercises to strengthen core & support postural muscles to establish functional movement. This class aims to bring an increase in body awareness during every day activities, and establish a strong baseline for future Pilates for those new to Pilates or recovering from an injury or birth. The instructors leading this class will draw from Level One and Beginner-friendly exercises. Don’t be fooled, this class may be an intro, but it still heats up as a strength developing session. Class structure is designed with positions in mind that are safe for pregnancy. Modifications are always offered!

  • Pilates - Level 2

    This class is open to everyone from those who are just starting their Pilates journey, to those who are well acquainted with the equipment and exercises. It should offer a well-rounded full body workout that draws from both the level one and level two Pilates repertoire.

    * Ideally suited for those who have completed at least 5 beginner sessions.

    **The instructor may incorporate a combination of mat, tower and reformer exercises.

  • Pilates - Level 3

    This class is intended for the more experienced practitioner. A minimum of 10 level 2 classes are required as a foundation before joining this group.

    **The instructor may incorporate a combination of mat, tower and reformer exercises for a challenging full body workout.

  • Mat Class

    This class will primarily utilize your own body weight in a variety of exercises and positions, with the use of a few props like the ball and bands to add some light resistance. Mat Pilates is an excellent way to improve your strength, flexibility and coordination. Whether you plan to progress onto the equipment for more advanced Pilates, or put your Pilates practice toward improving your other athletic pursuits: this class is designed to offer a beginner-friendly, but challenging, nudge in the right direction.

  • Tower Class

    This class will focus on Tower-apparatus exercises for strength and mobility. A little bit like using TRX in combination with weight training (but way better) you will use resistance in the form of pressing AND pulling to gain lean muscle mass, supple joints and flexibility. We promise you will love it!

  • Post Natal Rehab

    This series is intended to help new mothers reconnect with their core and begin to move mindfully in a way that supports the changes their body has undergone during pregnancy and through recovery. No experience necessary this class is open to all mothers.

    *You are welcome to bring your baby to class and we will have an extra set of hands in the studio to help, hold or cuddle as needed.

  • Cardio Jump - Level 3

    Didn't know jumping was possible on the reformer? Well it is, and it's FANTASTIC. Get your heart rate pumping and your core fired up in this cardio-infused Pilates class. Expect to move quickly, get sweaty and enjoy an elevated workout that will challenge both your body AND mind.

    ** Ideally suited for those who are injury-free and already have a strong Pilates practice.

  • Glutes and Core

    This class is all about - you guessed it - glutes & core! We will work our full body with a special focus on these key areas that create the foundation for a strong body and postural alignment. A mat style class on the reformer, no previous Pilates experience necessary.

    ** if you are attending this class on your Intro pass please keep in mind that you need to attend a minimum of 3 Pilates beginner classes before moving on to Pilates 2.

  • Pilates - Prenatal/Beginner Class

    This class is safe and accessible for all expectant mothers at every stage of their pregnancy. It will incorporate a variety of props and modifications to suit individual needs and goals and is intended to keep your body moving well and feeling strong as things progress and your baby grows.

    *This class is also open to any beginners who are still becoming familiar with Pilates and/or in need of gentler movement.
